Location: Brentwood, Tennessee

A newly built family home designed to feel warm, welcoming, and rooted in natural beauty. Soft oak tones, creamy limewash walls, and custom millwork create a layered yet calming backdrop for a young family. We incorporated handcrafted lighting, natural stone, and relaxed textiles to bring a sense of ease and quiet sophistication to every room. The layout was customized for effortless daily flow—with an open-concept kitchen, cozy den, and functional mudroom—all designed to feel as beautiful as they are livable.

THE WINSLOW PROJECT

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

This historic home renovation honored the charm of Charleston architecture while introducing a fresh, coastal calm. We preserved original moldings and heart pine floors, blending them with soft plaster finishes, airy linen drapery, and custom cabinetry in pale, desaturated tones. The result is a layered blend of old and new—graceful, storied, and built to last. Every element, from the antique light fixtures to the handcrafted tile, was chosen with intention to support modern family life without losing the home's Southern soul.

A new build designed for a family seeking softness and simplicity. This project focused on creating cohesive, functional spaces with classic character—featuring soft white walls, fluted details, and curated materials that will age beautifully over time. We used a restrained color palette to let texture and form take the lead, layering in neutral textiles, clean-lined furniture, and subtle Southern cues. The result is both practical and polished.

Rooted in restraint and refinement, The Sunny Project was designed for a young family looking for a calm, functional home that still feels elevated. We leaned into classic millwork, quiet cabinetry tones, and timeless brass hardware—pairing them with creamy stone surfaces and natural textures throughout. The kitchen, bathed in soft morning light, features warm painted cabinets, a farmhouse sink, and unfussy styling that reflects the client's love of subtle elegance. This home is graceful in its simplicity—designed to feel collected, comfortable, and built to last.
